67-Year-Old Male Food Vendor Shot In Chicago Illinois

The Chicago Police SWAT Team is arriving at residences to search for suspects involved in the shooting of a 67-year-old male food vendor in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 12, 2024. At approximately 7:37 p.m. on Wednesday evening on the 10700 block of S. Ewing, a 67-year-old male food vendor is being approached by two unknown suspects who are producing handguns and firing shots. The victim is being struck in the leg and is being transported to the hospital, initially reported in good condition. Both suspects are running into a nearby residence.
