At approximately 12:00 pm, Monday afternoon, Chicago police officers are responding to a check the well-being call from family members and are finding the 25-year-old male victim unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head and multiple gunshot wounds to the body, and he is being pronounced dead on the scene.
