        Cyclonic Storm 'Dana' After Land Fall, In Kolkata, India - 25 Oct 2024

The landfall process starts after midnight and continues into Friday morning, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) says. The severe cyclonic storm now lies centered over north coastal Odisha, near north-northwest of Dhamara and north-northwest of Habalikhati nature camp. It is expected to move westwards within Odisha, weakening to a ''cyclone'' before noon.
