A brush fire broke out in San Diego's East County on Wednesday afternoon, November 20. The fire, dubbed the Millar Fire, erupted near Campo and Millar Ranch roads. It burned 15 acres by around 3 p.m. Evacuation orders were issued but lifted within 40 minutes.
