Jimmy Carter Dies Aged 100
United States President Jimmy Carter holds a press conference in the East Room of the White House in Washington, DC on August 4, 1980. The President discussed the scandal surrounding his brother Billy. Carter said there was no impropriety in his brother's activities and insisted neither he nor any member of his administration broke any laws.
