March Against Javier Milei At Plaza de Mayo - Buenos Aires
Demonstration following the 44th Resistance March to denounce the policies of Javier Milei's Argentine government, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on February 15, 2025. Social, labor and human rights organizations have declared a state of alert and mobilization, following their participation in the 44th Resistance March. At the end of a 24-hour mobilization that began the day before on the Plaza de Mayo, opposite the Casa Rosada, the palace of Javier Milei's government, participants read a document in which they condemned dismissals, negationism, hate speech, attacks on education, health and vulnerable sectors, impoverishment of the population and lack of food. Organized for the first time in 1981, the march was called at the time to denounce the horrors perpetrated by the country's last civil-military dictatorship, and to demand the return of the country's living victims.
