Armenian Humanitarian Aid For Syria Crosses Turkey’s Border
One of the several trucks carrying humanitarian aid crosses the border between Armenia and Turkey at the village of Margara, Armenia on March 21, 2025. The border, reopened on Thursday, March 20, will remain open for ten consecutive days, providing a faster and more cost-effective route for transporting vital aid to Syria. This checkpoint was briefly opened in February 2023 to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance to both Turkey and Syria in the aftermath of the devastating earthquakes.
