Smoke comes out from a site of a plane crash in Ahmedabad of India's Gujarat state, June 12, 2025. An Air India flight to London crashed Thursday shortly after takeoff from an airport in the western Indian state of Gujarat, officials said. The flight with 242 people, including 230 passengers and 12 crew members, onboard took off from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, about 17 km south of Gandhinagar, the capital city of Gujarat.
