Pope Leo XIV made a stop in a wheat field near Rome, Italy on June 19, 2025 after a visit to the Vatican Radio Transmission Center in Santa Maria di Galeria on particularly hot day. A few days ago in his first general audience Pope Leo XIV referred to Vincent van Gogh’s painting ‘Sower at Sunset’ and called it a symbol of hope.
