Mass Wedding Ceremony - Iraq

A bride and groom walk together along a decorated street in Akre, Iraq on August 16, 2025. Akre hosted a mass wedding ceremony for 90 couples from Bardarash and Akre. The event was held on the occasion of Massoud Barzani’s birthday and the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP).
