New holding firm for Toyota, Daimler truck units named Archion+

Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corp. CEO Karl Deppen (C) and Hino Motors Ltd. President Satoshi Ogiso (L) hold a joint online press conference on Oct. 9, 2025, saying the new holding company following the planned merger in April 2026 of their companies, the truck units of Daimler Truck Holding AG and Toyota Motor Corp., will be named Archion Corp.
