Pope Leo XIV presides a celebration of 60 years of ‘Nostra aetate’, the Second Vatican Council’s Declaration on Interreligious Dialogue at the Vatican on October 28, 2025. ‘Sixty years ago’, with the publication of Nostra aetate, the Second Vatican Council’s Declaration on the relation of the Church to non-Christian Religions, ‘a seed of hope for interreligious dialogue was planted,’ Pope Leo XIV said.
