Philippines: Typhoon Kalmaegi (PH Tino) Threatens Central Islands

On Monday morning, November 3, Typhoon Kalmaegi (locally named Tino) intensified, prompting the state weather bureau (Pagasa) to place several areas in Visayas and Mindanao under Signal No. 3. The typhoon is moving west-southwestward at 25 kph, carrying maximum sustained winds of 120 kph and gusts up to 150 kph. Its initial landfall is potentially forecast for Eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, or Dinagat Islands. A part of the video is dark as the power went off in the area.
