Dutch Royals Visit Suriname - Day 1

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima are paying a state visit to the Republic of Suriname at the invitation of President Jennifer Geerlings-Simons. As part of the separation of powers, the judiciary will also be visited. At the Court of Justice, the Royal Couple will speak with the President of the Court and several judges about the importance of judicial independence in a democratic constitutional state.
