Terror victim's father translates U.S. commission's 911 report

Photo taken on Aug. 14, 2021, shows Kazusada Sumiyama and his wife Mari (back) at their home in Tokyo about 20 years after their son, Yoichi, was killed in the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks on the United States, while the then 34-year-old Fuji Bank employee was working in the south tower of the World Trade Center in New York. Later 2021 Sumiyama published the Japanese-language version of a report prepared by the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks upon the United States, an independent, bipartisan commission created under U.S. congressional legislation.
