Japan: Typhoon Jangmi Approaches Kanto Region, Triggering Flood Alerts 2
Typhoon Jangmi battered much of Japan with heavy rain, flooding, and strong winds on Wednesday, June 3, after making landfall in southern Wakayama Prefecture.
The Japan Meteorological Agency issued flood warnings and evacuation orders for multiple areas, including Tokyo, and landslide warnings across several prefectures.
This video shows the Megurogawa River in Tokyo swollen by heavy rainfall.
