A magnitude 4.8 earthquake struck near Granada on Tuesday, August 18, causing damage and injuring three people. The quake, centered near Alhendín, came days after a magnitude 5 tremor hit the same area on August 15. It was part of an ongoing seismic swarm across Andalusia.
