Japan: Surfers Ride Waves Along Coast as Typhoon Dujuan Approaches
Typhoon Dujuan brought torrential rain to Japan's Kanto region on September 21, causing widespread flooding and landslides. At least four people were reported dead and six missing, while around 1.9 million faced evacuation orders. Power outages and widespread transport disruptions were also reported across the region.
