OSAKA, Japan - Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. said Nov. 13 it will release a compact electric massage chair (photo) that is about 30 percent smaller than its flagship model ''Real Pro'' for sale in Japan on Jan. 1. The new massage chair, ''Urban I,'' is 110 centimeters high and the base measures 74 cm by 107 cm. Matsushita puts the suggested retail of ''Urban I'' at 230,000 yen, about half the price of the ''Real Pro'' model.
