JR Hokkaido finds in-house maintenance rule violations

SAPPORO, Japan - Makoto Nojima, president of Hokkaido Railway Co., tells a press conference at the company's head office in Sapporo on Sept. 22, 2013, that it has found violations of its in-house track maintenance rules at a total of 97 locations on its railway lines.
