This new assembly line, highly digitized and automated, is located in the former A380 assembly hall, and will eventually employ nearly 700 people. Announced for 2022, it will deliver its first aircraft in 2024. Together with the other A320 Family final assembly lines in Hamburg (Germany), Tianjin (China) and Mobile (USA), it will meet the strong demand for this type of aircraft. Tokyo's Nihombashi bridge to see light again with expressway removal

Operation is under way to remove the elevated expressway over the historic Nihombashi bridge in Tokyo on June 24, 2022. Nihombashi bridge will see the light of day again in fiscal 2040 in a 320 billion yen ($2.3 billion) renewal project with work commencing to remove the expressway.
