MIYAZAKI, Japan - A U.S. F-15 fighter based in Kadena, Okinawa arrives at the Air Self-Defense Force Niutabaru base in Miyazaki Prefecture on Sept. 3 for the fifth joint Japan-U.S. military exercise associated with the reconfiguration of U.S. military forces in Japan.
