Bomb-disposal officers work on suspected bomb in Ginza

TOKYO, Japan - Police bomb-disposal officers work at the scene in Ginza, Tokyo where a suspected object was found by a police patrolman in the early hours of Jan. 29. Police officials said the cylindrical object was built like a bomb but it contained no explosives. Foul play was suspected, police said.
