Mishima HS wins nat'l 'performing calligraphy' contest

SHIKOKUCHUO, Japan - A team of students from Mishima High School in Shikokuchuo, Ehime Prefecture, western Japan, shows their work to judges en route to winning the seventh national high school contest dedicated to "performing calligraphy" combining dance with the art of writing with a big brush that took place in the nearby city of Kochi on Aug. 3, 2014.
