TOKYO, Japan - Police officers investigate an area near the location where a high school girl was stabbed, in Mitaka, Tokyo, on Oct. 8, 2013. A 21-year-old man was arrested for attempted murder after allegedly attacking Saaya Suzuki, 18, on a street in a residential district. Suzuki was taken to hospital but confirmed dead.

Emperor, empress visit job training center for elderly people
