India: Leopard Rescued From Deep Farm Well in Narmada

A leopard that fell into a deep farm well near Kunbar Eco Tourism in Dediapada, Narmada, was rescued on September 20. Forest officials used ropes and a cot to pull it out and secured it in a rescue cage before releasing it into the forest.

US: Powerful Storm Knocks Down Trees, Topples 34 Rail Cars in Lynndyl, Utah

Several people were injured in multiple prefectures, including Iwate, Ibaraki, and Tochigi.
