KITAKYUSHU, Japan - A life raft of the Koyo Maru No. 18 of Kyowa Suisan from Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, is seen drifting July 2 off Fukuoka Prefecture where the fishing boat sank earlier in the day after being struck by a Panamanian-flagged freighter, the Heung A Jupiter.
