Tokyu blames snow for train collision near Tokyo

On March 16, the Tokyu Toyoko Line serving major residential and commercial areas in the southwest of the metropolis, and the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line, a subway line running beneath some of Tokyo's main commercial hubs, were connected through Shibuya station, allowing passengers to now travel between Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture and western regions of Saitama Prefecture without the need to transfer.
