Tokyu blames snow for train collision near Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - A photographer takes a photo of a damaged commuter train at Motosumiyoshi station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line in Kawasaki city, south of Tokyo, on Feb. 15, 2014, after it bumped into another train stopped at the station. A total of 19 passengers were injured in the accident. Tokyu suggested snow may have caused the accident.
