TOKYO, Japana - Japanese adventurer Mitsuro Oba points to a route in the Canadian tundra in the Arctic Circle in a photo taken in Tokyo on Nov. 25. He is planning a 3,800-kilometer trek across the area for four months beginning in February 2005.
