The data revealed that foreign currency assets, which is termed as the biggest forex component, declined 2.653 billion dollars to 545.855 billion dollars. During the week ending on Jan. 12, India's foreign exchange reserves increased 1.634 billion dollars to 618.937 billion dollars. According to media reports, in the calendar year 2023, nearly 58 billion dollars was added to India's foreign exchange reserves, and in 2022 the country's foreign exchange reserves slumped 71 billion dollars. The city was among the 25 cities from 13 countries to be accredited last Thursday as international wetland cities during the 14th Meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties (COP14) to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. Jining has 32 wetland towns, 56 wetland villages and 124 micro-wetlands. It boasts over 158,800 hectares of wetlands, accounting for 14.2 percent of the city's total area. Jining is home to 252 bird species, including 10 species under national first-class protection. The tank was engulfed in a huge fire after it was struck by lightning at 7:00 p.m. (1500 GMT) on Friday, which caused the explosion, local media reported. The fire was still spreading on Saturday morning. Local residents have already been evacuated from the area. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel visited the scene 100 km east of Havana, the country's capital. Cuba is suffering from a lack of electricity due to fuel shortages.
