TSURUGA, Japan - The Japan Atomic Energy Agency disclosed a recently retrieved fuel exchange device which had accidentally fallen into the vessel of the prototype fast-breeder reactor Monju to the media in Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture, on July 13, 2011, after disassembling and inspecting the device.
