TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows the remains of a chemical tanker truck that exploded on an elevated Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway on Oct. 29, injuring 23 including the truck driver and passersby on a road 9 meters below. The truck, owned by Tokyo chemical producer Nihon Densan Kogyo Ltd, was transporting the 1,000 liters of hydrogen peroxide at the time of the accident which took place at about 6:30 p.m. in Minato Ward on Route 2 of the Metropolitan Expressway.
