The infrared cameras have captured multiple video clips of some endangered species including forest musk deer, golden pheasant, and the Chinese goral, which are under state protection in China. The number of the forest musk deers has increased to over 40 in Xuebaoshan, according to the staff of the nature reserve. The rare deer is listed as endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species. Xinhua News Agency correspondents reporting from Chongqing, China. Snow leopard STORYLINE: The Qomolangma National Nature Reserve is one of the richest areas of biodiversity in the world with 509 species of animals, including 82 species of mammals, 390 species of birds and 20 species of reptiles. A large number of precious images captured here showed the remarkable achievement of wildlife conservation in the Mt. Qomolangma area. In 1988, the Tibet Autonomous Region officially approved the establishment of Qomolangma Nature Reserve, which was upgraded into a national nature reserve in 1994 with the approval of the Sta
