Gov't scolds Paloma over fatal CO poisonings

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese trade minister Toshihiro Nikai (L) reprimands Paloma Industries Ltd. President Toshihiro Kobayashi (R) Aug. 28 over 21 fatal carbon monoxide poisonings caused by his company's defective gas water heaters.
