YOKOHAMA, Japan - The Panamanian-registered cargo ship Windermere is berthed at Kawasaki port, south of Tokyo, on July 12. One Philippine seaman died and two others were reported in critical condition after four seamen collapsed inside the hold of the 7,170-ton ship due to a lack of oxygen.
