Fujitsu to set up outsourcing firm for regional banks
TOKYO, Japan - Fujitsu Ltd. on Feb. 8 announces it will set up a firm to offer outsourcing services for regional banks on the management and operation of their computer systems. Photo shows Fujitsu President Naoyuki Akikusa (R) shaking hands with Toshio Seya, president of Toho Bank, at a press conference in Tokyo. Seya said Toho Bank, based in Fukushima, northeastern Japan, will become the first bank to participate in the services.
