Japanese artist's works on display at German ministry

BERLIN, Germany - Works by Japanese painter Toshihiro Hamano are on display in the entrance hall of the German Foreign Ministry in Berlin on Sept. 26. On display are 27 silk screen works intended to express the spirit of Zen Buddhism. The works of the 62-year-old painter from Takamatsu, Japan, will be shown until early October, organizers said.
