U.S. diplomats get 3rd meeting with crew detained by China
HAIKOU, China - U.S. Embassy military attache Brig. Gen. Neal Sealock speaks at a press conference at a hotel in Haikou, China, on April 8 after meeting for the third time with crew members of a U.S. Navy spy plane detained in China. The 24 crew members have been detained since April 1, when they made an emergency landing on China's southern Hainan island after their EP-3 Aries II collided with a Chinese fighter plane, leaving the plane lost and the pilot presumed dead.
