Fukuda says Japan will hold 'no nuclear weapon' principles

TOKYO, Japan - Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda tells a press conference June 3 in Tokyo that Japanese cabinets have held fast to the three ''no nuclear weapon'' principles, adding the current cabinet has no plan for changing the stance.
