(CORRECTED) 2 major trading houses announce integration accord

TOKYO, Japan - Hidetoshi Nishimura (L), president of Nissho Iwai Corp., and Toru Hanbayashi, president of Nichimen Corp., shake hands at a press conference in Tokyo on Dec. 11.
