UNESCO panel demands new committee to restore Iraqi assets

TOKYO, Japan - Ikuo Hirayama, president of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, addresses the opening session of the Third UNESCO Experts' Meeting on the Safeguarding of the Iraqi Cultural Heritage in Tokyo on Aug. 1.
