H.K.'s Culturecom seeks tie-up with Japan firms for Chinese market

TOKYO, Japan - Zhang Xingsheng, president of Culturecom Holdings Ltd. of Hong Kong, announces a plan on March 5 to team up with Japanese firms to produce consumer electronics containing its V-dragon central processing unit (CPU) for the Chinese market.
