FUKUOKA, Japan - Zhang Baoheng (R), 81, fights back tears May 24 during a news conference in Fukuoka after the Fukuoka High Court denied him and 14 other Chinese men redress from the state and Mitsui Mining Co. for forcing them to work in Japanese coal mines during World War II.
