Sharp rolls out world's largest LCD TV with 65-inch screen

TOKYO, Japan - Visitors look at Sharp Corp.'s Aguos television, which features the world's largest liquid crystal screen at 65 inches, at Ceatec Japan 2004, a digital home appliances exhibition, at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba on Oct. 5. The screen exceeds in size a 57-inch LCD TV developed by Samsung Electronics Co. of South Korea, currently the biggest LCD TV on the market. (Kyodo)
