Daiei backs down, agrees to use IRCJ for rehabilitation

TOKYO, Japan - Kunio Takagi, president of struggling retail giant Daiei Inc., is swarmed by reporters in Tokyo on Oct. 13 after his meeting with Atsushi Saito, president of the state-backed Industrial Revitalization Corp. of Japan.
