Court allows Filipino girl to stay in Japan but not her family

TOKYO, Japan - Sixteen-year-old Filipino Edem Marinn Jomein and her three brothers attend a press conference in Tokyo Nov. 5 after the Tokyo District Court allowed only her to stay in Japan, rejecting requests to stay by her parents and brothers. Jomein's parents entered Japan illegally 18 years ago.
