JCO begins dismantling 1999 nuke accident site facilities
MITO, Japan - JCO Co. began June 6 dismantling its nuclear fuel-processing facilities in Tokaimura, Ibaraki Prefecture, where Japan's first critical-state accident occurred on Sept. 30, 1999.
