BAGHDAD, Iraq - Hussein Fahmi tells in Iraqi television footage why his group killed Japanese hostage Shosei Koda in 2004. In Tokyo, Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso told a press conference on March 3 that the Iraqi Interior Ministry plans to provide information about the murder later in the day. (Kyodo)
