World's biggest container ship arrives in Kobe port
KOBE, Japan - The Emma Maersk, the world's largest container ship, arrives at Kobe port on Oct. 8, visiting Japan for the first time since its launch in August. The 170,794-ton state-of-the-art container ship, owned by A.P. Moller-Maersk Group of Denmark, can carry 11,000 20-foot shipping containers. (Kyodo)
